Historic James E. & Alice B. Sullivan House Sells for $1.6 Million
PROVIDENCE, R.I. (November 10, 2016) – Residential Properties Ltd. has completed the sale of the James E. & Alice B. Sullivan House on the East Side of Providence for $1,600,000. The RPL Sales Team of Markham + DeRentis Associates was proud to represent both the buyer and the seller in the transaction.
This marks the East Side’s 12th sale of over $1,000,000 this year, 10 of which have been represented by Residential Properties Ltd. with the company also compiling an overwhelming 20 of the possible 24 transaction sides.
Built in 1893 by the architectural firm of William R. Walker & Son, this landmark Victorian located at 254 Wayland Avenue was designed for Alice B. Sullivan, daughter of United States Rubber Company President and Rhode Island Heritage Hall of Fame member Joseph Banigan.
